Regional Harmonization of PPP Legislation in the Transportation Sector for the CEEAC

EKWA performed a comparative analysis of PPP regulation and private investment protection in Central Africa. EKWA then made proposals to the CEEAC and its 10 member states regarding regional legislative harmonization in order to promote the financing of infrastructure projects in Central Africa. EKWA also briefed these stats on the implementation of PPP transportation financing and provided a plan of action to increase capacity for regional actors to promote PPP transportation projects.
