Formation and Development of a Port in Aqaba

EKWA principal Monique Bolmin performed regulatory and legal elements of the financing, conceptualization, modernization, fabrication, acquisition, construction, installation, servicing, and maintenance of new ports and warehouses in Aqaba. These legal services were performed on behalf of the Aqaba Development Corporation in the model of a Public-Private Partnership.
